Women Of Tomorrow Program

We have been providing affordable services and training program womento women and teens struggling with issues related to sexual abuse, depression, domestic violence, divorce, loss, low self-esteem, and peer pressure. We have been using Micro-Loans system as an effective tool to help these women promote their independence pluralist prosperity, and start small income generating businesses to support their families. We have been given out small loans ranging from $25 to $80 to sixty three women. This service lifted them out of poverty, and gave them hope and future prosperity. Most of them developed a basic principle of investing in a small business such as, selling fish, chicken, breads, fruits, and vegetables at a small market; and creating small stores with a collection of various kinds of clothes, foods and objects. We also educated them in self awareness and legal rights, and taught them through some programs on how to be a job maker and not a job seeker. We would like to help as many women as we can to earn a living and become more self-reliant with sustainable, community-based development; so they can feed their families. However, we lack financial resources and vocational training equipment.
